When a deployment step has a manual trigger, a Deploy button is displayed in the build's page for triggering this step. There are users who would like to have a Reject button as well, so that they can reject a deployment (which will prevent users from running it).

If a new deployment has occurred with a subsequent commit, some users would like to reject the deployment step of a previous build, so that someone will not trigger it by accident.
