Make selected values of custom pipeline variables available to Dynamic Pipelines

      Problem Definition

      Custom pipelines can contain variables that users select when running a pipeline.
      The selected value is currently not available in the pipeline request and can't be retrieved using a REST API from a Dynamic Pipeline.

      As an example, see the "Force" variable in the screenshot:

      Suggested Solution

      Make the selected value of the variable in the Dynamic Pipeline.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
