Issue Summary

Currently, if you deploy Dynamic Pipelines providers with identical names, the Dynamic Pipelines selector settings show identical provider names.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy 2 Dynamic Pipelines providers and use multiple Forge environments (e.g. staging, production)
2. Try to change your workspace or repository Dynamic Pipelines provider settings

Expected Results

The Dynamic Pipelines provider selector will show the relevant environments

Actual Results

The Dynamic Pipelines provider selector is not showing the relevant environments. It just shows identical provider names.

Workaround

Currently, the workaround is to change the Dynamic Pipelines provider name for now.
