API to Check LFS

      Issue:
      Currently, there is no API available to check the size of files stored in Git LFS and the OID of the files.

      Suggestion:
      Provide an API that can help check the LFS file size and OID.

      Workaround:
      As a temporary solution, users can manually check the LFS file size through UI or by cloning the repository locally and inspecting the files.
