After implementing Unified user management – https://bitbucket.org/blog/unified-user-management-is-generally-available-for-new-bitbucket-cloud-workspaces – new workspaces are linked to an Atlassian Organization. This request is to provide the ability to transfer the workspace to a different Organization when necessary.

Support transfer or move of Bitbucket workspace between Atlassian orgs, to align with other Atlassian apps. Workspace can be either created from Atlassian platform or legacy workspace migrated to a new billing platform or centralized user management.
 
Currently, Bitbucket workspaces are a blocker for organization consolidation https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/atlassian-organization-consolidation-guide/ . While other Atlassian products (e.g. Jira, Confluence) provide mechanisms to move or reassign apps   between organizations.

Ask is to implement the same functionality to support Bitbucket workspace mobility between Atlassian Organizations to unblock organizations consolidation and accommodate M&A of entities.
