Currently, in Bitbucket Cloud and in Atlassian Access, any changes in deployment permission options are not recorded in the audit log:

• Branches allowed to deploy to x
• Only allow admins to deploy to this environment - setting enabled/disabled
• New deployment environment added/removed

It would be helpful if we add these to the audit log as this will provide more granularity to tracking actions performed within deployments.
