Issue Summary -
Bitbucket Cloud doesn't provide the functionality to restore deleted group.

Steps to Reproduce
Delete a group from the Bitbucket account
The group is deleted from the account
There is no option to restore the deleted group

*Expected Results *
Bitbucket Cloud should provide the option to restore deleted group

*Actual Results *
Bitbucket Cloud doesn't provide the option to restore deleted group

Workaround
Recreate the group with the same name
Add the users by in the group who were part of the deleted group
