Issue Summary

When Clicking on the Up or Down arrow on PR diff results in Something Went Wrong error

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Uncheck the option for "[ ] Whitespace changes" in the Global diff view settings
2. Refresh the page
3. Click on the arrow up or down of the file's diff

Expected Results

The arrow to up or down should show the rest of the lines in the file.

Actual Results

Something Went Wrong pop-up
"We are not able to load additional context. Please try again."
