When using the REST API to create a branch restriction in order to restrict who can push to a branch or merge a PR, only the UUID or the username of the Bitbucket user(s) can be included in the restriction.

Using the account_id (Atlassian account ID) does not add the user to the branch restriction.

The request is to allow the use of account_id when creating or updating a branch restriction via API in order to restrict who can push to a branch or merge a PR.
