add Full commit hash to Get a pull request API response

      Get a pull request  API endpoint currently only provided short commit hash in its response. In order to get the full commit has, we currently need to make a second call an additional Get Commit  API call.

      Please add an option to get the full commit hash directly from the Get a pull request  API response. For example, we may add a query parameter `expand=fullCommitHash` to get the full commit hash.
