Currently, it's possible to configure users/groups in the codeowners file of a repository so they are added as the suggested reviewers of a pull request.

This feature request is to implement the ability to also define merge checks for code owners. Example :

• Have a merge check so at least 2 members of user group Developers review the pull request before it is merged.
  OR
• Required all members of a user group to review the code before it's merged.
