Currently, it's not possible to navigate to a user's Atlassian profile directly from Bitbucket Cloud. In Jira and Confluence, this option is available

This feature request is to implement the ability to view a user profile when hovering over the user in Bitbucket Cloud (in the commit author, for example) :
