Pull request comments like button is not working

Issue Summary

Currently, if you have 2 or more PR comments, the "Like" button works on the first comment but not on the succeeding comments.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In an existing pull requests, add 2 or more comments
2. Click the "Like" button on the first comment
3. Click the "Like" button on the second comment

Expected Results

The "Like" functionality will work on all comments

Actual Results

The "Like" functionality is only working for the first comment

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
