Provide Bitbucket Cloud managed users a way to invite themselves to a claimed workspace

The request is to provide managed users a method invite themselves to a workspace. Currently options exist in JIRA to approve users on the domain to add themselves to a product without Admin Approval.

The ideal implementation would be the same as the JIRA implementation when navigating to User Access settings → Approved Domains → Product (Jira Software), Product Role (User), no Admin Approval required, users with the specified Approved Domains can invite themselves to the Product and grant themselves Product Access. The desire is to be able able to do the same with Bitbucket Cloud instance as this will help organizations mitigate the Bitbucket Invitation Email requirement as it sometimes gets missed or filtered in the time between when an Administrator invites a user and when the user goes to find the invitation email.
