Workspace invitation permissions - admin approval

Hi team,

We have had a customer reach out requesting that there be a hybrid setting offered for Workspace-level invitation settings, where any member can trigger an invite but it must be approved by an admin before the invite is sent.

Currently the way that the settings work are as follows:

The proposed extra option for the setting would look something like this:

I agree with this request as it will allow for more granular control over who can invite users to a workspace, at this stage the current implementation does not have a middle ground option.
