Ability to disable automatic setting of new repository watchers

      Currently, when creating a new repository in a workspace, Bitbucket Cloud automatically sets some watches for users.
      However, for large organizations, these notifications are unnecessary.

      Enhancement request:
      Have the ability to disable automatic setting of new repository watchers
