Improve self-hosted runners logs when "Container log not found"

Sometimes, when the log file is not present in the container in a self-hosted pipeline build, we throw the following message in the runner.log file:

[2024-02-12 23:03:43,945] Container log not found: /var/lib/docker/containers/<container>/<container>-json.log

However, this doesn't help much to identify the root cause of the issue. This request is for having a more detailed log that helps in the troubleshooting process as to why the log file wasn't found.
