Provide the ability to change the keyboard shortcut in the Pull Request comment

    Description

      At this moment, when you hit CMD+Enter/CTRL+Enter in a Pull Request comment, the shortcut will trigger the "Start review" button.

      This feature request allows the user to change the keyboard shortcut to trigger the "Add comment now" button.

      This should be useful for users who rely on the keyboard shortcut and want to use something other than the new review process.
