Add commit_status_created event to slack notifications

      Currently, slack notifications only allow the below event types, 

      issue:comment_created, issue:updated, issue:created, pullrequest:comment_created, pullrequest:rejected, pullrequest:fulfilled, pullrequest:changes_request_removed, pullrequest:changes_request_created, pullrequest:unapproved, pullrequest:approved, pullrequest:updated, pullrequest:created, repo:commit_status_updated, repo:commit_comment_created, repo:fork, repo:push

      It would be helpful to add repo:commit_status_created event.
