Add requestBitbucket to be used by Forge apps in UI Kit 2 and custom UI

      Problem definition

      requestBitbucket is currently missing from the frontend API for Forge UI Kit 2/custom UI.

      Suggested solution

      Provide the requestBitbucket API. This API would be the equivalent of the AP.request in the Connect extensibility framework.
