Add direct project access to the "View Access" page from User Directory

When we click on "View Access" in the 3 dot menu of a user from Workspace Settings -> User Directory, we see groups that the user is part of and Direct Access to Repositories that the user has.

After we launched Project Permissions, we should also include Direct Project access to the "View Access" overview since it works like direct access for Projects i.e. You can configure a user to have project level permissions individually without being part of a group.

As shown in above screenshots, the Project Admin is not shown in View Access.
