Issue Summary

Accessing a workspace shows "Resource not found" error if the user group you belong to doesn't have any repo access

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new user group in a workspace. Do not assign this user group to any repos or projects.
2. Invite a user to this user group.
3. The user accepts the invitation and gets redirected to the workspace's page.

Expected Results

The user can see the workspace page and no repos listed, since they belong to a user group with no repo access

Actual Results

The user sees a "Resource not found" error when they get redirected to the workspace

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
