Show list of repositories I am watching across all workspaces

Problem Definition

The top navigation bar in Bitbucket Cloud only shows content from the workspace a user is currently viewing.

Some users watch public repos from different workspaces they are not a member of and they want to check updates in these repos. With the current navigation bar, there is no way for these users to view in one place all repos they are watching. If they are not a member of these workspaces, they also cannot find the workspace in https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/.

These users will need to keep somewhere a list of all workspaces with repos they are watching to open each workspace in Bitbucket Cloud and filter by repos they are watching.

Suggested Solution

Provide an option for users to see all repositories they are watching across all workspaces.
