Issue Summary

Pasting images from clipboard to the edit on Issues description or Snippets comments is not working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a repository and click on Issues section in the left-side panel
2. Create a new issue
3. Try to paste an image in the issue description

Expected Results

The image would be successfully pasted in the description section.

Actual Results

Nothing happens and the images is not pasted

Workaround

Use the upload image button
