Ability to unhide outdated comments from code

We would like to have the ability to unhide or an option to always show outdated comments in the code.

Currently any changes to the code related to the comments there done will:
Move these to the outdated section
Remove the comment from the code

The desired behavior is to only change the :
Move these to the outdated section
Keep comment in the code

When reviewing outdated comments in the outdated section, there is no easy way to review where the outdated comment was from without clicking on each outdated comment.
