Bitbucket currently displays the Runner UUID and Name solely in the build logs. However, no information about the runner is available when a build fails before it commences due to a system error.

It would greatly benefit our users if we could provide this information, enabling them and support to identify the problematic runner and effectively troubleshoot the issue.
