Currently, the available permissions in Snippets allow any user of the workspace to create a public snippet, even if the workspace is private.

The default permission when creating a Snippet is to restrict the view to workspace members :

Having the option to set the snippet to public can lead to users of the workspace accidently public confidential/sensitive information in a public facing snippet.

This feature request is to implement an option for workspace admins to disable the option to create public snippets in a workspace.
