when there are 2000 or more lines of changes in a file, we don't display the changes in the commit diff UI due to limitations. Instead, we show a banner that says "We can't load all the files" and provide a copy command
 
however, the copy command currently shows "git fetch git diff." since this is related to commit diff, it would be more helpful to display a relevant command like "git diff <commit_hash> <commit_hash>~1" along with a link to the git diff documentation. this would provide users with an actionable command in this context
