Issue Summary

According to the documentation, the "configure Page" configuration should display the link on the Manage Apps page. A button labeled "Manage App" appeared in the past, but no longer. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a Bitbucket app (e.g. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211284/webhook-to-jenkins-for-bitbucket?hosting=cloud&tab=overview).
2. Go to manage installed apps

Expected Results

There should be a button to manage the app next to remove.

Actual Results

Missed button. Nothing in that place.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
