It is currently impossible to transfer ownership of one workspace to another.
It has to be done manually by transferring repositories, redoing invitation permissions, and other configurations on the workspace level.

Feature request:
It would be a great feature to have the ability to transfer ownership of one workspace to another, similar to how repository transfer ownership works.
