Issue Summary
When leveraging "#markdown-header-xxx" or the [TOC] within a Markdown file in Bitbucket Cloud, the rendered hyperlink will jump to the section as expected.
However, the jump positions the section at the very top of the page, underneath the header bar of the website. This creates some confusion as it can appear that things jumped to random text in the document.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the markdowndemo repository
- Click on one of the hyperlinks. e.g Emphasis :
- The page will jump to that section, but the title will be underneath the top navigation bar
Expected Results
The page would jump to the section but consider the space used by the navigation bar, so the title is not covered by it.
Actual Results
The jump puts the section title at the very top of the page, making the navigation bar to cover it.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
