Ability to restrict deployments to certain groups

      Issue Summary

      Currently deployments can be limited a way that only admins can run deployments, but it would be a useful feature if the deployment could be limited to certain groups as well not only admins

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
