Add Default Pull Request Description to project settings

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Including the Default Pull Request Description feature at the project level would be helpful. Currently, the Default Pull Request Description can only be configured at the repository level.

       

      If many repositories use the same default description, it's time-consuming to configure it for all the repositories.
