Issue Summary

• When adding a comment to a diff or within a pull request, placing a code snippet within a bulleted list loses its formatting and renders it as flat

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a comment to a PR with a code snippet contained within a bulleted list
2. You will notice all formatting is lost (in terms of numbered code lines) and it displays as flat text

Expected Results

• Code snippet will retain snippet format regardless of how it is placed within a comment

Actual Results

• All formatting is lost (in terms of numbered code lines) and it displays as flat text

Workaround

• You are able to include code snippets outside of the bulleted list and these render properly
