Leverage a common email to send notification to users using atlassian/email-notify:0.8.0 pipe

      Currently using atlassian/email-notify:0.8.0 pipe we can send email to other users from the email which the developer has access to. Request to leverage a common email such as notifications-noreply@bitbucket.org to directly trigger email to other users
