Issue Summary

Sometimes, the merge button on the merge window greys out for a while. one need to wait until the merge button is available to merge the PR

Steps to Reproduce

This is a random issue and not reproducible every time.

1. 1. Click on the merge button of an open PR.
   2. The PR merge window pops up, allowing us to select the merge strategy and choose whether to close the source branch. The merge button is located in the bottom right corner

Expected Results

The merge button should allow you to merge the PR.

Actual Results

The merge button is greyed out, and one need to wait until it becomes available to merge the PR

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
