Issue Summary

On the commits page branch and tag details are not available in rare cases. The issue is intermittent irrespective of browser or clearing cookies/cache

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to repository > Commits page

Expected Results

Branch or tag pushed for a commit should be shown beside commit message

Actual Results

Details are absent and can be observed when a specific commit is filtered or on activity tab when commit is viewed

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
