Ability to get a user's public SSH key by providing the username

      This feature request is to implement the option to get the public SSH key of a user given their username, via API or UI,  for example : 

      https://bitbucket.com/{username}.keys

      similar to what is implemented on GitHub (List public keys for a user) : 

      https://github.com/{username}.keys
