Automatically merge PR if all the merge requirements met

Issue Summary

At present, even when the "Allow automatic merge when builds pass" option is enabled, it still necessitates user intervention to select the merge option. The system then automatically merges the changes when all the merge criteria are fulfilled. It could be beneficial to have a feature that removes the need for the user to press "Merge", instead automatically merging the Pull Request once all conditions have been met.
