Option to exclude admin group from repository access

Issue Summary

In some scenarios, administrators need to exclude themselves from access to repositories containing sensitive data. Prior to the implementation of project permissions, admins had the flexibility to remove themselves.

Create a separate workspace where only those users who require access to the repository have permission
