Current HEAD is not always fetched from the remote
This issue happens intermittently. Sometimes, it is possible for a commit, currently listed as the HEAD of a repository, to not be retrieved by a local clone/pull.
Steps to Reproduce
This issue is not always reproducible.
Expected Results
The current HEAD should always be fetched from the remote.
Actual Results
The local clone sometimes might still report the second to last commit as the HEAD.
Workaround
Perform any push to any branch in your repository. This will retrigger cache invalidation from our side updating the HEADs for all refs.
