Currently, when user's Bitbucket Cloud account is deactivated due to

• Terms of Service Violations (TOS) 

• Due to long term inactivity 

the UI does not show clear error messages to the end user and steps they should take to gain access back to the account. 

This suggestion is to improve UI messaging for better customer experience
