Issue Summary
When viewing the User directory CSV exported file in Excel, the special characters aren't rendered correctly.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure to add a user to a workspace with special characters eg:
Loïc Ronzier - As the workspace admin, select Settings on the left navigation sidebar.
- Select User directory under the Access management heading on the left navigation sidebar.
- Select the Export button in the upper-right corner.
- Open the exported User directory CSV in Excel
Expected Results
The special characters are displayed properly.

Actual Results
Special characters are not correctly rendered. As an example, "Loïc Ronzier" is displayed as "Loïc Ronzier" when viewed in Excel.
Workaround
- Open the User directory CSV exported file with Notepad
- Click "File > Save As".
- In the dialog window that appears - select "ANSI" from the "Encoding" field. Then click "Save".
- Open this new CSV file using Excel - your non-English characters should be displayed properly.
