Currently, when you first created a new project, you'll have the option to either add repositories or create a new repository.
When you try to create a new repository using the button "Creation repository" and go back to the new project, there's no button to create a new repository anymore. You'll only see the button "Add repositories".

Feature request:
It would be helpful to retain the "Create repository" button on the project page instead of clicking the "Create" dropdown button and searching for the project.
