Show the IP address that needs to be whitelisted in terminal just like Bitbucket UI in Premium Whitelisting Feature

      Currently, when Premium Whitelisting is enabled, if any user tries to access the Bitbucket UI from the IP which is not whitelisted, they will be presented with an error along with the IP address that needs to be whitelisted.

      The suggestion is to provide a similar feature when accessing from the terminal. Currently, the terminal just shows 403 errors.

      To access this repository, an admin must whitelist your IP.
      fatal: unable to access 'https://bitbucket.org/workspaceID/repository.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403
      

      Major use case of this feature is when an ISP connects through IPv6 address but only the specific IPv4 address is whitelisted.
