Issue Summary

Inviting a user to the repo when the invitee is not already a member of bitbucket.org results in a timeout

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to repository Setting 
2. Repository Permissions > Invite 

Expected Results

It should be able to invite users that still don't have a BB account created 

Actual Results

Workaround

1. Ask the invitee to create a new account 
2. Invite the user to a group within the Bitbucket workspace settings
