Pull Request comment updated webhook isn't firing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Bitbucket Cloud webhook with the trigger: "Pull request / Comment updated"
2. Update a pull request comment in the repository where that webhook was created

Expected Results

The webhook should fire a request to the specified webhook URL when a PR comment is updated.

Actual Results

This specific webhook trigger is not working. No request is sent to the webhook URL when a PR comment is updated. If you check the webhook request logs in Bitbucket, you can see that there was no attempt to call the webhook URL.
