Currently, the pipe atlassian/aws-ecr-push-image can be used to push docker images to AWS Elastic Container Registry. However, for this pipe to work it's necessary that the ECR repository is already created on AWS side.

This feature request is to implement the support for the pipe to automatically create the ECR repository in case it does not already exists.
