Some customers would like to user docker native tools to run vulnerability checks against their docker images.

Docker scan is being deprecated and replaced by docker Scout. Currently, docker scout is not available in bitbucket pipelines. This feature request is to add support to run docker scout command in Pipelines to execute vulnerability scanning in docker images.
