Issue Summary

Provide the ability to create a Bitbucket workspace with the same ID as the Bitbucket user name

Steps to Reproduce

1. Signup for a Bitbucket account 
2. Complete the signup process
3. Create a workspace with ID as the user Bitbucket user name

Expected Results

The user should be able to create the workspace with ID as the Bitbucket user name

Actual Results

Bitbucket raises the following error and the user is unable to create the workspace

"This workspace ID is not available." 

Workaround

Please create a workspace with a difference ID.
